Most #Claude Design tutorials tell you to pick a template and start prompting, which is exactly why your slides come out generic. In this walkthrough I show you the three files to prepare first: a DESIGN.md file, a design system inside #ClaudeDesign, and a reusable presentation template, so every deck comes out polished and on-brand.
You’ll grab a free DESIGN.md file from a public GitHub repo, clean it up in ChatGPT, turn it into a design system, then build a template that gets better every time you give it feedback. And even though we focus on slides, the same workflow applies to social carousels, newsletters, and any other design.
